Every school and every event is different. These are the formats I work with; the details are worked out together with you.

The formats
They all come from real, documented work: each description cites where it has already been done. Every format adapts to what you need to organise.

Talk
For conferences, events and staff meetings. Such as the opening talk at JIUTE 2024 (UDIMA), the keynote at JEDI 2017 (Universidad de Deusto) or the one at the Educational Innovation Congress of Escuelas Católicas de Castilla y León, before more than 270 teachers.

Hands-on workshop
Hands-on work in small groups. Such as the teaching-portfolio workshop at EduCONEC (Campus FAD, 2023), «LaboratorIA» at the 20th aulaBlog Meeting, or the workshops on creating materials with AI at the Instituto de Estudios Maristas events (UPSA).

Tutored online course
Distance training with follow-up. Tutor and designer of online courses since 2008 for INTEF, CRIF Las Acacias, Aulablog, Espiral and leer.es; trainer of the course «Comunica de manera eficaz en tus reuniones» by Escuelas Católicas.

Staff or whole-school training
Tailored sessions at the school itself. Such as the AI training delivered at the CFIE centres of Soria, Benavente and Segovia, the CEP centres of Córdoba and Jerez, and schools such as Santa María la Blanca or CEIP Profesor Tierno Galván.

Mentoring for schools
Long-term processes, not one-off sessions: whole-school digital plans (CompDigEdu framework) and innovation programmes, such as the ongoing work of the innovation team of the Inspectoría Salesiana Santiago el Mayor, which I have been part of since 2018.

Consultancy and instructional design
Design of learning pathways and training experiences: responsible for designing the AI courses for more than 80 Salesian teachers (2025) and the BrickAula programme for certifying teachers' digital competence (levels A2, B1 and B2 of the MRCDD).
